In order to provide our customers with superior service, we have perfected a process that makes for a smooth transition from start to finish, as well as providing our customers with a perfectly finished driveway that exceeds their expectations.

New Driveways
The first step is to call the customer and arrange a date for the driveway work to begin. If the driveway is a tear-out (remove and replace), on the first day we will remove the asphalt, take care of any excavation of soil, and install the stone base. The next day, any border or walkway installation will be done, if needed. As a general rule, we request that the customer drive on the driveway for about 2 weeks to allow for settling. We will then call to make the final appointment for paving, which will take place in either the morning or afternoon. At that time we will pour 2 ½ inches of asphalt on the driveway. Upon completion of the driveway, we recommend that the customer stay off for 2-5 days to allow for proper settling and drying. |

Repaving Existing Driveways
We will first call to set an appointment. During the course of the first day, we will prepare by filling low areas, cleaning and preparing the surface of asphalt to be repaved, add tack-coat (asphalt glue that is added to existing surface) and pave with 2 inches of asphalt. We will then recommend that the customer take 3 days to stay off of the driveway to allow for proper settling. |

Paver Driveways
Upon setting an appointment, we will begin to excavate the existing asphalt, stone and dirt 12 inches below the finished surface of new driveway. We will then install 8 inches of compacted stone, ¾ inch leveling course and install pavers over that. During the final process, which is included in the total cost and special to our company, we will place stabilized sand in-between the pavers for a weed-free surface. This polymer mixture makes it a solid foundation and doesn’t wash out. |
